17 Oct: Reporting stock out of Ferrous Sulphate at Praktiseer Clinic; noting that order was resubmitted on Monday, 13/10 - no delivery has been made since January. On f/u with depot - facility told that back orders are being processed. Facility currently borrowing Rx from Dinokong Hospital, but hospital now unable to issue to clinic as it is also running low on stock. Patients being referred without Rx. Escalated to District Pharmacist. Next f/u on 30/10.
